Hello ladies I co-founded Arfym with my older sister, and I am one of its key operators. She first opened her first clothing store in 2016 just to sell apparel from other companies; it wasn't until around a year later, after I earned a degree in fashion design from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, that we began to plan a changeover. Arfym was created because we planned to assemble a group of designers to create our own distinctive brand. My grandmother frequently struggled to afford the outfits she desired; therefore, we positioned our clothing primarily towards older ladies. Our aim is that beauty should not distinguish between ages, and we want to provide more choices about fashion for women who have a heart for beauty.
As more women fell in love with the clothes our company created, we reconnected with excellent production factories to enable more people to wear affordable clothes that fit them. By doing so, we eliminated middlemen and the associated costs, which allowed us to maintain high standards of quality and style while keeping our prices remarkably low. We take pleasure in offering affordable, stylish, and attractive clothing. Our self-production and self-selling business methods enabled us to create a number of new physical and brick-and-mortar stores over the course of around three years, which achieved both our initial goals of making beauty and fashion accessible to everyone and reaping huge returns.
Policies on cancellations
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, you will receive a complete refund. If you choose to cancel the order, kindly open an assistance request through Contact Us. A 10% cancellation fee is charged for purchases that are cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but prior to shipment. Order cancellation requests that have already been shipped out will not be honoured by us.
Deliveries and shipping
Shipping: Depending on the method you select, shipping times may vary. Free delivery on purchases exceeding PKR 22,420.05 Shipment through Post: 35 Business Days Shipping Express: 35 Business Days The final shipping charge is based on the nation or location. We work together with UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
Delivery:
Please pay attention to the shipment update, and when you receive your package, don't hesitate to let us know how you feel. All shipments to Canada and the United States are delayed due to the strong demand and ongoing COVID-19 difficulties. All oversea shipments are currently experiencing a delay, which is regrettable. Although it will take longer, every package will arrive. Contact customer service for a refund or other options if you have any more questions about the shipment delay.
Return/Exchange
Although we have strict quality control procedures in place to guarantee that every product we ship is in perfect condition, requests for returns or exchanges occasionally become necessary. We advise looking over your package as it arrives. Please get in touch with us right away if there is ever a damaged item, a missing item, or an erroneous item in the delivery so we can fix any issues.
Refund/Exchange Policies
Please abide by the following recommendations to make the return or exchange process as simple as possible: To get return or exchange permission and a return address within 30 days after receipt, kindly get in touch with our customer care. Without authorization from customer service, we do not receive packages that have been returned. Requests for returns are welcome if there are issues with the quality of our items. Additionally, a small amount of colour and size variation is unavoidable. All products being returned must be in brand-new, unused condition, with all original tags still attached and the protective strip on the trousers still attached.
Items that have obvious stains from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or other similar products will be refused. Please send your return through your local post office to avoid paying taxes, and send it along with your completed return or exchange permission form. Customers are accountable for any things lost or damaged during shipping, so be sure to retain a record of your tracking number for future use. Please be aware that we cannot accept shipments returned by C.O.D. Within seven business days of receiving the returned item, we will notify you via email and set up an exchange or refund.
