there; in order to advance in her employment and become more professional, she
continued her education and enrolled in a cosmology course, which she completed
in April 2022. Liliane's goal in the beauty industry is to constantly make

If you're looking for a new hair salon, Lily Hair Express is

of services. I've been going to Lily Hair Express for about six months now, and
I've never been disappointed.I always get my hair cut and styled by Lily
herself. She's fantastic! She really takes the time to listen to what you want

Trrible service
So I purchased shampoo and balsam 11.0. Today is February
18th, and guess what? I sent two emails. just no updates or responses. It's
amusing. When they guess what occurs, you write the same thing: "You need
to wait a little bit longer." You are just making money off of those who
believe you. Wonderful Why do you have time to
respond to questions here but not to emails? I'd want to return my money and
cancel my order.
Customer service is silent.
I searched all around for a product that Lily Hair Express
had in stock and purchased it despite having to send it internationally. The
addition of more goods made the delivery fee worthwhile. After shipment, I
learned that the item—the only reason I had ordered from this website—was no
longer available. All of the extras I bought could be found in my own country
for less money. They had to ship the order because customer assistance was
nonexistent and I had already paid for it. Poor customer service, really.
Warning!!!! Purchase from this company no longer. About
three weeks ago, I placed an order for a pair of scissors, paid for them, and
received an order number and a confirmation. I emailed them twice about the
status of my purchase after a week. They reply with an automated message that
reads, "We are busy; please wait; we will respond to your inquiry within 4
days." I have a horrible feeling that neither my money nor the scissors
will be returned.
Order money was received, but no goods were delivered!
I placed an order, they accepted payment for more than €150,
and then they didn't respond to multiple emails asking about the status of the
delivery. Also, when you call, you are simply put on hold forever! Totally
unacceptable. If I don't hear back from this firm within the next 12 hours,
I'll be taking additional legal action against them because, based on customer
reviews, this isn't the first time they've done this.
